• Due date extraction — due dates are automatically parsed from email bodies and PDF attachments in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, and English; displayed as an amber pill on list rows, the detail header, and each attachment
• Overdue highlighting — unpaid invoices past their due date get a red pill and a red row background; the subject is prefixed with [PAST DUE] in the list
• Due-date backfill — Settings → Data Tools now includes a “Backfill Due Dates” button to extract due dates from already-stored emails and PDFs
• Overdue reminders — a daily notification (email + push) is sent at 17:00 for unpaid invoices due that day; Settings → Data Tools also has a “Send Past-Due Reminder” button to trigger it manually

• Two-pane inbox — email list and detail view side-by-side; selecting an email opens it in the right pane without leaving the page
• Shareable deep links — the URL updates to ?id=<uuid> when an email is selected so links can be copied and bookmarked directly
• Filter toggle — status checkboxes and date pickers are now hidden behind a filter icon in the search bar; filters open on demand and no longer take up permanent space
• Compact date pickers — date filters stack vertically inside the filter panel and expand to fill the available width instead of overflowing
• Redesigned detail pane — structured header with From / Date / Status / Source fields in a label–value grid; body, attachments, and comments in clearly separated sections

• PDF viewer — PDFs now open in the browser’s native viewer; text is selectable and searchable, and the built-in download button replaces the old canvas renderer
• HTML email notifications — notification emails are now sent as styled HTML using Velocity templates, with a table of submissions and a direct link to the inbox
• Batched notifications — incoming items are held for 30 minutes and delivered as a single notification email (and push notification), reducing noise for bursts of submissions

• Reply to known senders — known senders (registered users or trusted domains) automatically receive a confirmation email with a link after their invoice is received

• Jira Data Center migration — import all issues from a Jira project as invoice entries; attachments downloaded and stored; status mapped (Done → Paid)
• Re-backup — one-shot admin action to retroactively copy Jira attachment files into backup folders and re-upload them to Google Drive
• Drive deduplication — files already present in a Drive folder are now updated in-place (PATCH) instead of creating duplicates
• Drive upload speed — switched to HTTP/2, batch folder-contents check, and concurrent file uploads

• OAuth email fix — Gmail connect now correctly stores the connected account email; openid and email scopes added so Google returns the identity token on first connect
• Drive scope fix — re-connecting Gmail also grants Drive upload access; a userinfo endpoint fallback ensures the email is resolved even if the identity token is absent

• Google Drive backup — processed emails and attachments are automatically uploaded to a configured Drive folder on an hourly schedule (incremental, skips already-uploaded folders)
• Trusted domains — emails from lovelan.no and geex.no are treated as known senders even without a profile in the system
• Local backup — every email is saved as a searchable folder tree on disk (body as email.txt, attachment copies, PDF-extracted text); existing emails are backed up on startup
