Two-pane inbox — email list and detail view side-by-side; selecting an email opens it in the right pane without leaving the page
Shareable deep links — the URL updates to ?id=<uuid> when an email is selected so links can be copied and bookmarked directly
Filter toggle — status checkboxes and date pickers are now hidden behind a filter icon in the search bar; filters open on demand and no longer take up permanent space
Compact date pickers — date filters stack vertically inside the filter panel and expand to fill the available width instead of overflowing
Redesigned detail pane — structured header with From / Date / Status / Source fields in a label–value grid; body, attachments, and comments in clearly separated sections
Mobile scroll — tapping an email scrolls the detail into view; tapping ← Back scrolls the list back to the previously selected item
Hide submit form — logged-in users can collapse the submission form with a toggle button; the preference is saved per user and restored on next login
Themed scrollbar — the email list scrollbar matches the page colour scheme (light and dark mode)
Mobile list scroll fix — the email list is now scrollable on mobile; previously the fixed-height layout prevented touch scrolling

PDF viewer — PDFs now open in the browser’s native viewer; text is selectable and searchable, and the built-in download button replaces the old canvas renderer
HTML email notifications — notification emails are now sent as styled HTML using Velocity templates, with a table of submissions and a direct link to the inbox
Batched notifications — incoming items are held for 30 minutes and delivered as a single notification email (and push notification), reducing noise for bursts of submissions

Jira comment import — Jira issue comments are now imported as email comments; re-running the migration back-fills comments for already-imported issues without creating duplicates
Public submission page — senders receive a link to a personal status page where they can view their submission and add a missing account number
Form link — after submitting via the form, a direct link to the submission page is shown inline
Reply to known senders — known senders (registered users or trusted domains) automatically receive a confirmation email with a link after their invoice is received
File upload fix — browsing for files no longer adds them twice and files are now correctly included in the form submission

Jira Data Center migration — import all issues from a Jira project as invoice entries; attachments downloaded and stored; status mapped (Done → Paid)
Re-backup — one-shot admin action to retroactively copy Jira attachment files into backup folders and re-upload them to Google Drive
Drive deduplication — files already present in a Drive folder are now updated in-place (PATCH) instead of creating duplicates
Drive upload speed — switched to HTTP/2, batch folder-contents check, and concurrent file uploads
Source badge — inbox source labels (GMAIL, JIRA, FORM…) are now coloured dynamically from the source name; any future source gets a consistent colour automatically

OAuth email fix — Gmail connect now correctly stores the connected account email; openid and email scopes added so Google returns the identity token on first connect
Drive scope fix — re-connecting Gmail also grants Drive upload access; a userinfo endpoint fallback ensures the email is resolved even if the identity token is absent

Google Drive backup — processed emails and attachments are automatically uploaded to a configured Drive folder on an hourly schedule (incremental, skips already-uploaded folders)
Trusted domains — emails from lovelan.no and geex.no are treated as known senders even without a profile in the system
Local backup — every email is saved as a searchable folder tree on disk (body as email.txt, attachment copies, PDF-extracted text); existing emails are backed up on startup

Reply threading — outbound emails now carry In-Reply-To / References headers so replies always trace back to the original invoice entry
Reply detection — incoming replies are merged into the original inbox entry (body appended, account number updated) instead of creating a new row

Automatic account number lookup — when a known sender’s email has no account number, the value stored in their profile is appended to the body automatically
Sender receives a confirmation email when their stored account number is applied
Sender receives a Norwegian-language request email when they are a known user but have no account number on record

Submit form pre-fills the body with the logged-in user’s stored account number on login
